About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company and provide exceptional support to our clients' customers. As a representative of a well-respected national non-profit organization, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of products and services, addressing customer inquiries and requests through various channels, including phone, email, SMS, chat, and social media. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries about points balances, redemption process and activity history, account sign-up and access, and loyalty points program policies

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred, as well as experience working with customer service ticketing systems such as reputed company or Talkdesk. Previous remote work experience is also desirable. You must currently reside in one of the following states to be considered: Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The position pays $16.00 per hour, and we offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, life & AD&D insurance, paid time off, flexible spending accounts, and access to other benefit programs. Training and Shift Requirements

Training is from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am–7:00 pm ET, and after completing training, full-time shifts assigned would be between the hours of 10:00 am–8:00 pm ET. We're flexible and accommodating, and we'll work with you to ensure that your schedule meets your needs and ours.
