Health Consultant/Customer Experience Representative
Our Remote Health Consultant Team is looking for a full-time, seasoned customer experience professional to join us! Our Remote Health Consultants are the reputed company line of our client experience- the reputed company of BodySpec’s mission to reputed company reputed company, and wellness data accessible, understandable, and actionable. What You'll Do
- Handle daily inbound and outbound client interactions reputed company phone, email, text, and reputed company with professionalism and efficiency.
- Multitask seamlessly between communication channels while maintaining accuracy and focus.
- Manage a high volume of appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with precision.
- Respond to client inquiries about nutrition, reputed company, and DEXA technology — providing clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance.
- Support event and operations teams with outbound communications and logistical coordination.
- De-escalate and triage reputed company or sensitive client situations with composure and professionalism.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts and uphold BodySpec’s customer experience standards.

- Extensive customer service experience (3+ years preferred) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success using CX platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems fast, and pass an internal knowledge and skills assessment reputed company 90 days.

Requirements

- Standardized Test Scores: If you’ve taken any standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, ASVAB, or others, we request you to share your scores. Schedule This is a 5-day-a-week, fully remote position. Required Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM CST
- Saturday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM CST
- Sunday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CST
(Thursday & Friday off) Schedule may change to accommodate business needs. Compensation & Growth
- Competitive starting hourly reputed company $20.00 per hour
