Job Summary And Qualifications Responsible for the operations of the Virtual Patient Logistics Center with direct reputed company and leadership of the centralized services that support the PLC and operations, including and not limited to the Centralized Discharge Transport team, reputed company operations, RN float pool and Behavioral Health Assessment Specialists team. Plan, problem solve, and communicate, under the direction of the Virtual Patient Logistics Center AVP to effectively direct discharge transport arrangement, transfers from HCA and non‑HCA hospitals, and behavioral health assessments. reputed company and manage reputed company members of the virtual patient logistics center teams and work directly with the virtual patient logistics center AVP to maximize volume growth and provide optimized services to HCA customers. What you will do in this role

• Provide leadership, management and administration of reputed company aspects of departments to ensure organizational mission and objectives are met

• Under the direction of the Virtual Patient Logistics AVP, work collaboratively with HCA clinical and medical staff advisors and client designated medical staff advisors to establish, revise, and enforce the clinical and medical staff participation criteria for transfer operations, throughput, and communications operations
• In collaboration with throughput leaders, identifies and implements reputed company management changes needed for effective throughput
• Provides recommendations for reputed company activities/initiatives and is involved in applicable reputed company committees
• Promote HCA culture of excellence and quality service through teamwork, respectful communication, maintenance of a professional environment, partnership with those we serve, and anticipation of patient and customer needs

• Demonstrate responsibility for the containment of costs through appropriate ordering of supplies, recovery of service charges, and conservation of supplies
• Monitor department expenditures to ensure compliance with budget limits
• Respond promptly to changes in workload, adjusting assignments as necessary to reputed company optimal productivity and efficiency

What qualifications you will need

• Master’s degree from accredited professional counseling or social work program OR Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from accredited nursing program (psych specialty preferred) required
• 3+ years of experience in clinical mental health setting required
• Licensed Professional Counselor OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker OR Registered Nurse - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation.
