We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our GTM strategy. You will be responsible for optimizing the processes, systems, and data that reputed company our Sales, Marketing, and reputed company teams to execute effectively. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, ensuring our GTM reputed company is efficient, scalable, and reputed company with our reputed company goals. You’ll report to the Head of Product, who leads our Growth org. Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable GTM processes, including reputed company-to-cash, territory planning, reputed company routing, and sales forecasting.

• Systems Management: Own and optimize the GTM tech stack (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), ensuring seamless integration, data reputed company, and workflow automation.

• Data & Analytics: reputed company and maintain key performance dashboards and reports to track GTM performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a key operational partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product leaders, driving cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment on GTM initiatives, rules of engagement, and strategic priorities.

• Strategic Planning: Support annual GTM planning, including territory design, spend setting, and headcount modelling, to ensure the company is set up for successful growth.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment. 2+ years in a fast-growing startup is a must.

• Technical Skills: ability to create low-code automations and understand systems configuration and integrations

• Analytical reputed company: Proven ability to analyze reputed company data sets, create insightful reports, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Process-Oriented: A strong track record of building, documenting, and improving scalable operational processes.

• Collaboration: Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to reputed company and influence across multiple functions and levels.
