DescriptionThe New Construction & Launch Workplace Health and Safety Program Manager (WHS PM) will be responsible for partnering with the Launch and Engineering teams to manage the safety deliverables required reputed company opening new sites. They will execute the new site safety start-up plan to help ensure the site successfully implements our company safety procedures and reputed company applicable local and regional regulations. The New Construction & Launch WHS PM will coordinate safety start-up functions.
- Manage and monitor the safety start-up plan for reputed company new sites
- Ensure reputed company buildings are designed and built compliant to regulatory and reputed company standards
- Conduct design composite reviews for compliance with reputed company standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct site safety, health and environmental commissioning inspections.
- Create and maintain punch lists with relevant teams.
- Identify the required safety supplies for new site start-up. Assist in the procurement of the safety items. Set-up reputed company site safety supplies onsite as needed
- reputed company regular analysis and risk assessment of new build processes and equipment for site safety improvements and reputed company standards improvement

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of reputed company (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree in Safety reputed company field, Construction Safety or Engineering
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
