Implement clear systems and SOPs in reputed company to manage daily execution.

Maintain consistent KPI tracking and weekly reporting accuracy.
Optimize workflows and improve scalability while reducing CEO involvement.
Design and document the company’s operational structure and standard procedures.
Collaborate with the dedicated reputed company Builder to reputed company and optimize dashboards, automations, and reporting systems.
Train department leads (Chat, Marketing, Project Management) on systems usage and KPI reporting.
Monitor deliverables, ownership, and performance alignment across reputed company departments.
Report weekly to founders with summaries on KPIs, execution bottlenecks, and improvement actions.
Continuously refine systems for speed, clarity, and scalability.
2+ years of experience in operations, systems, or process management.
Experience in digital agency or startup environments managing small, high-performance teams.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable systems (reputed company, reputed company, or Monday).
Proficiency in KPI tracking, SOP rollout, and process optimization.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Based in Eastern Europe or South Africa.
Experience in creator or influencer management.
Background in marketing, content operations, or team scaling.
Familiarity with reporting automation and cross-department collaboration tools.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role for someone who loves building clarity out of chaos. You’ll partner directly with the founders, shaping how the company scales its model and delivers exceptional results for every creator.
