Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you every reputed company of the way. Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
- Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer needs and preferences
- Meet or exceed sales targets, driving reputed company growth and contributing to the success of our business
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, reducing churn and improving customer retention
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, providing exceptional service to customers and colleagues alike
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies, providing accurate and timely information to customers

- Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications

- Experience in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of success
- High school diploma or equivalent
