Your primary responsibility will be to read work orders, shipping orders, and other customer service documents, and enter data from them into our computer systems with precision. You will work independently with minimal supervision, verifying the information before entry and ensuring consistency in format. To maintain a dynamic work environment, we have incorporated filing and copying tasks into your daily routine, varying your activities and keeping your skills sharp.

Key Responsibilities

• Read customer and shipping orders submitted through various channels, including in-person, print catalog, and online, and decipher handwriting that can be challenging to read.
