Data Center Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities reputed company is looking for a project manager whose experience focuses on client development and delivery of data center projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in successfully delivering various data center and mission critical projects ranging from upfront planning and pre-design activities through detail design, construction support and commissioning. This position is an opportunity to join one of the largest, fastest growing, and comprehensive TMT (Tech, Media and Telecom) practices in the industry. In additional to managing and delivery projects (which is the primary focus of this role), the successful candidate must possess the drive, experience and charisma needed to reputed company and secure work from a robust global client reputed company and expand upon reputed company’s reputed company reputed company these markets. This individual will manage multi-disciplinary design teams from project conception to completion. Keen focus on organizational skills and follow-through are required to be successful in this role. This person will work closely with the Regional Building Engineering Services Business Group Managers as well as our global TMT client management team. Some travel to client sites or other reputed company offices is required. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate on development strategies, new business prospects, technical services, quality, and production methods and standards, to reputed company the established goals and objectives of the business group, region and company.

• 10-20% Travel to project sites, including international if needed.

• Forecasting, Invoicing and contract management

• Mission Critical staff recruiting working closely with the Business Group Manager
• Create vital proposal content including scope, schedule and budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or a reputed company field
• 7 years reputed company data center experience
• A minimum 2 years project management experience
• MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)
• Demonstrated leadership skills

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
