What it is We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our best in class care team. As a Telehealth NP, you will play a crucial role in providing high quality reputed company care to patients living with diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, and dyslipidemia. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans, monitor patient reputed company, and reputed company individuals to manage their health effectively. This is a full time, W2 role What you’ll do

• Conduct a combination of synchronous and asynchronous consultations with patients diagnosed with cardiometabolic conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and obesity.

What you’ll need

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the US.
• Geographically located in the US.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in managing diabetes and/or obesity.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient safety in a virtual care setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience practicing telemedicine or providing remote patient care.
• Familiarity with reputed company treatment guidelines and therapeutic modalities for cardiometabolic conditions.
• Multiple state licenses
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain reputed company medical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

• Proficiency in learning new telehealth platforms, video conferencing software, and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
