THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Director, Merchandising Category Insights will reputed company a team of strategy and category insights professionals, reporting to the VP, Merchandising Strategy & Growth. As part of the Strategy + Insights team, this role will spearhead the development of long-term and annual assortment and merchandising strategies that drive growth and profitability across reputed company channels, in partnership with the strategy and market professionals. Key Focus Areas Category Pulse: Track and interpret developments across the beauty landscape, serving as a strategic thought partner to category merchant teams for day-to-day business operations. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
