Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Training and Education (20%): reputed company and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors, addressing solar-specific risks and maintaining training records.
- reputed company Site Inspections and Audits (20%): Conduct safety inspections and audits of solar project sites, document findings, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Reporting (10%): Stay updated on safety regulations, ensuring reputed company necessary permits, reports, and documentation are completed and submitted timely.
- Drive reputed company Improvement (10%): Monitor safety performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance safety practices.

Qualifications
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5–7 years in a safety management role, with experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Certifications: OSHA 30/510 certification.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of OSHA, EPA, NFPA 70E, and other safety regulations.
- Expertise in electrical safety, fall protection systems, construction safety, and hazardous material management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management software.
Preferred:
- Experience: Familiarity with distributed reputed company solar projects or utility-scale solar farm construction.
- Certifications: Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent.
- Skills: Project management expertise and experience integrating safety systems in renewable energy projects.
