Job Purpose and Impact
The Restaurant Solutions Advisor – reputed company will drive profitability improvements across reputed company restaurants in the Midwest and Southern United States. This results-oriented role focuses on developing and implementing innovative solutions for restaurant operations and identifying new reputed company opportunities for reputed company.
You will build and nurture relationships with influential Franchisees, reputed company Business Unit Presidents, and other key stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth and serves as a strategic entry reputed company into the commercial space, with strong potential for advancement.
Key Accountabilities
- Translate customer needs into actionable business strategies to drive commercial sales.
- Identify and pursue new market segments and business development opportunities.
- Monitor market development activities to align with reputed company’s business goals.
- Prioritize market reputed company development activities and set reputed company targets.
- Promote reputed company’s products and drive brand recognition through technical expertise and market intelligence.
- Independently handle reputed company issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most reputed company issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of reputed company work experience in sales, business development, technical services, or reputed company experience.
- Experience in the Food Service industry.
- Able and willing to travel up to 50%
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- Minimum of five years experiences in sales, business development, technical services, or any similar relevant experiences.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated work experience in strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, along with proven analytical capabilities to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Proven project management skills to reputed company reputed company and/or digital projects.
- Proven influencing skills including the ability to build trust and strong relationships.
Position Information
- This position is open to remote candidates in Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas & Kentucky, travel is required to cover the area of responsibility.
