Senior Data Scientist-Patient Experience (PX)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Scientist to join reputed company's Patient Experience (PX) Data Science & Analytics team. This role is critical to our mission of creating intelligent, adaptive systems that reduce friction in patient journeys, improve operational efficiency, and reputed company personalized healthcare experiences. You will work cross-functionally across PX operations, billing, call center, engineering, and leadership teams to design and deploy AI/ML solutions that deliver real-world impact. As part of our charter, you will drive high-reputed company initiatives across predictive modeling, GenAI solutions, operational optimization, and self-service automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently reputed company the development of machine learning models to support PX initiatives such as experience quality evaluation and personalized patient reputed company.
• Design and build Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, including LLM-based assistants for operational efficiency, agent coaching and personalized patient support.
• Advance the LLM-powered QA reputed company to identify recurring pain points and service opportunities across channels.
• Translate business problems into scalable analytical/science solutions, partnering closely with PX stakeholders across the teams.
• Evaluate model performance, reputed company A/B testing and experimentation, and iterate on models to drive reputed company improvement.
• Mentor and coach junior data scientists and analysts, providing guidance on technical execution, project prioritization, and best practices in AI/ML.

Core QualificationsBasic Required:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science/ML/GenAI, with demonstrated impact in healthcare, operations, or enterprise platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Deep experience in machine learning and statistical modeling (regression, classification, clustering, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company tuning, embeddings).
• Knowledge of experimentation and causal inference, including A/B testing design and analysis.
• Proficiency in operationalizing models and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:
