Customs Brokerage Specialist, PACT - Premium Accounts Clearance Team

We are seeking a Customer centric individual who wants to be part of this journey, and manage daily operational tasks and Customer queries. A Customs Brokerage Specialist owns daily operations for customs clearance on ocean, reputed company, rail and truck cross-border shipments. A Customs Brokerage Specialist will communicate with freight forwarders/sellers/vendors for shipment and document preparation, monitor shipment clearance status and escalates issues reputed company necessary. The Brokerage Specialist also performs data entry functions for entry filing, classifications, and inspections reputed company delivery-form reputed company, tracking and compliance requirements. • Verify completeness of information upon onboarding Customers
• Prepare import documentation to ensure timely release and delivery of orders
• Verify accuracy of commercial documentation and charges
• Submit documentation to regulatory agencies
• Meet daily/weekly KPI targets for entry submission and accuracy
• Collaborate with other service providers to solve shipment issues
• Collaborate with reputed company and destination logistics teams
• 2nd Tier support for Customer Service queries

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation and supply chain, or U.S. Customs rules and regulations
• Knowledge of reputed company at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
• 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with a proven track record handling reputed company, high-value shipments. Also, has experience with premium/VIP account management and familiarity with special handling requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Licensed customs broker
• Experience in customs
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transporation, supply chain, or business

Hourly pay ranges include the reputed company pay reputed company plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. Colorado $40,300 - $70,600 annually / hourly National $36,300 - $77,600 annually / hourly For salaried roles, your reputed company package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
