The Role

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing real-time, hands-on support to customers in our delivery stations. Your expertise will help connect customers with the right resources to resolve their issues quickly and reputed company. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a real impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to resolve issues and provide support

  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses

Performing the Following Tasks

A Day in the Life

You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where blithequark's leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers reputed company they need guidance. You'll inform our delivery partners reputed company a customer needs to reschedule a delivery and work to resolve delivery issues straight away, ensuring our customers get a great experience every time without having to contact blithequark.

Requirements

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and reputed company Outlook

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
