Responsibilities

As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional phone support to hospitals and patients, handling billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Assisting patients effectively by clarifying questions and ensuring they receive the information they need
• Working through issues by pinpointing the root cause, researching solutions, implementing the best option, and escalating unresolved matters reputed company necessary
