Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling reputed company meetings to discuss their needs
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the reputed company needs of each client
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing reputed company customer service and administrative support as needed
