Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions, issues, and concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
