Job Description
As a Professional Consultant with CapTech, your focus will be helping our clients deliver results against some of their most reputed company business and technology initiatives. In this senior Agile position, your role as a Scrum Master, coach, and practitioner will require you to apply Agile values and principles for an organization transitioning to Agile Delivery methodologies. Specific responsibilities for the Senior Agile Scrum Master position include:
- Establish collaborative partnership with key stakeholders and provide coaching at reputed company levels in an emerging Agile environment
- Assess the reputed company organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices

- Facilitate roadmapping, planning sessions and retrospectives
- Support the triage and resolution of critical project issues

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and /or Agile coach

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT full development life cycle
- CSM certification or equivalent preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and reputed company consulting engagements
- Ability to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions
- Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people
- Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build reputed company, and reputed company goals through influence
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
