Job Summary
As a Customs Trade Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across international borders. You will be responsible for processing customs documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote data entry position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process customs documentation, including import and export declarations, certificates of reputed company, and commercial invoices
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customs transactions
- Work closely with external stakeholders, including government agencies, customs brokers, and freight forwarders, to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customs transactions, including documentation, shipments, and payments

Essential Qualifications
