Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to provide real-time support and resolve any issues that may arise
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Upholding company values and respecting every customer, regardless of their background or circumstances
- Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers to ensure a positive outcome
- Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present, using your expertise and knowledge to provide solutions
- Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues

- Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements

- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and reputed company Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and reputed company messenger tools
- Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds, and work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided)
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and work in an environment where the temperature may vary due to reputed company weather conditions and is not controlled
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
