We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our reputed company Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Processing phone payments and conducting outbound customer interview calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicating and resolving customer issues reputed company online chat channels, providing clear and concise solutions to customer concerns.
- Resolving common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, including payment issues, loan terms, and other reputed company matters.
- Meeting monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring that customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
- Complying with reputed company federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, maintaining the highest level of reputed company and professionalism in reputed company interactions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus.
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio.
- Collection experience is a plus, but not required.
- Working knowledge of Word and reputed company, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems of record (LoanPro) – training provided.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively through phone and online chat channels.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
- Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
