Responsibilities
As a part-time Customer Experience Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Owning the bulk of customer inquiries on reputed company platforms, interacting and forming relationships with our community
- Generating interest in new products or services reputed company product and skincare knowledge and education
- Providing information and instructions about relevant products and services, making product and service suggestions to meet each customer's specific needs
- Providing "best-in-class" customer service in reputed company interactions with customers, thinking innovatively about ways to optimize each customer's experience

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Based in Nevada, USA
- Comfortable working across multiple communication channels
