Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and reputed company their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services through effective communication and upselling opportunities
