About the Role: Remote Member Services Representative We're seeking an reputed company and skilled Member Services Representative to join our Payments and Digital Systems team reputed company the reputed company Credit Union. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities, including reputed company processing, item processing, direct payments, and funds transfers. Key Responsibilities: Complete data entry and balancing tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate return items with members, reputed company vendors, the Federal Reserve, and other organizations. Assist various departments with fraud resolution, part orders, and reputed company Accounting general ledger balancing. Work part-time cases/activities as assigned and follow established policies and procedures. Process advance payments, multi-account and partial deposits, credit card payments, and various checks. Review, research, and support Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled items. Log, research, and reputed company necessary GL, account adjustments, and/or returns. Process Stop Pays and reputed company Clustering, and complete daily balancing and reputed company closing tasks. Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic funds transfer requests. Research and verify incoming and outgoing funds transfer information, and communicate with merchants to resolve funds transfer issues. Stay up-to-date on reputed company and incoming funds transfer regulations and guidelines. Store reputed company returns, research reputed company returned items draft adjustments, process reputed company checks, verify members for social funds transfers, and Federal Reserve confirming and delivering funds transfers. Complete daily processing of workflows reputed company to late returns, reputed company of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Proficient in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, Access, PowerPoint) acquired through work experience or training. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Previous client/member service experience in a financial institution or credit union. Experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires. Strong knowledge of banking regulations and guidelines, including NACHA rules and Federal Banking regulations.
