Marketing & Digital Communications Assistant

Location: Remote (U.S. business hours) Compensation & Hours

  • $500 per week (paid weekly or bi-weekly).
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
  • Flexibility: Weekend work may be required during campaign launches or urgent deadlines.

Purpose of the Role The Marketing & Digital Communications Assistant supports the company’s growth and visibility through effective email marketing, digital design, and competitor research. This role combines creative design skills, marketing coordination, and digital research to produce professional marketing materials, manage campaigns, and strengthen our brand reputed company in the construction industry. You’ll help ensure that every client-facing message, brochure, and campaign aligns with the company’s image and business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan, design, and send email marketing campaigns using reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms.
  • Write and edit campaign content, including subject lines, service descriptions, and CTAs.
  • reputed company mailing lists for different audiences (clients, prospects, industry sectors).
  • Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversion metrics — report weekly performance.
  • Maintain consistent branding, tone, and layout in reputed company outgoing emails.

Design & Marketing Materials

  • Design and update brochures, flyers, service pricing sheets, company profile, and business cards.
  • Use reputed company, PowerPoint, or reputed company tools to create professional visuals.
  • Ensure alignment with company brand identity (colors, fonts, tone).
  • Support proposal formatting and presentation layouts for clients.
  • Update and maintain internal templates for sales and marketing teams.

Competitive & Market Research

  • Research competitor websites and marketing materials for service offerings, pricing, and positioning.
  • Summarize findings and identify improvement opportunities for our materials and messaging.
  • Track competitor SEO performance and keyword usage.
  • Provide monthly insight reports for business development strategy.

SEO / SEM & Digital Support

  • Suggest new content topics or keywords to improve online visibility.
  • Assist with reputed company My Business optimization and online reputed company.
  • Monitor search trends and recommend updates to our web or campaign content.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain a marketing calendar of campaigns, email schedules, and content updates.
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations and reputed company Research teams to align messaging and timing.
  • Prepare weekly summaries of campaign results and competitor updates.
  • Support leadership in coordinating marketing efforts during bid cycles or major launches.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or reputed company field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience in marketing, email campaigns, or digital coordination accepted.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, email campaigns, or digital research.
  • Familiarity with construction industry marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience using reputed company Marketing, reputed company, or equivalent platforms.

Technical Skills (Required) Marketing Tools

  • Minimum 2 marketing campaigns executed or scheduled weekly.
  • Weekly competitor insight or keyword summary provided to leadership.
  • 100% of materials designed in line with brand guidelines.
  • 90%+ campaign data accuracy in performance tracking.
  • Consistent delivery of email and brochure projects by deadline.
