Role We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Customer Experience team and help us build a world-class Customer Support platform. As a member of the team, you’ll build new user-facing experiences, scale internal infrastructure, and design intelligent automation to help us solve thousands of customer issues per hour. Your role will involve creative problem-solving to balance development speed, product impact, and technical excellence. As our next Fullstack Engineer, you should have 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience with high growth startups, plus:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
• Backend Expertise: Proven track record of building end-to-end high-scale product experiences as a full-stack engineer. Experience with Python on backend, and/or reputed company databases is a plus.
• Web or Mobile Experience: Next.js on Web or Native mobile development
