What You'll Do: Program Support Become the central hub for traveler operations and stakeholder management Masterfully manage traveler escalations and comprehensive program inquiries Drive strategic change management and employee education on travel policies Implement and optimize new travel tools and processes Collaborate with the client's Travel Management Company (reputed company) to monitor and exceed performance targets Online Booking Tool (OBT) Program Support Act as the critical liaison between the online support team and client configurations Administer and optimize user experiences reputed company booking platforms reputed company strategic site messaging recommendations Provide ongoing educational support to reputed company and bookers Reporting & Data Analysis Proactively reputed company and deliver comprehensive travel reporting Conduct deep-dive analyses on travel work streams Monitor policy compliance and identify behavioral trends Generate data-driven recommendations for reputed company improvement Participate in advanced business requirement analysis Key Accountabilities: Provide timely and transparent issue updates Research and resolve reputed company travel-reputed company challenges reputed company effectively with clients and internal reputed company groups Utilize analytical and creative approaches to distill reputed company information Operate with a sense of urgency and exceptional time management reputed company're Looking For: Proven track record of success in technical customer support, business travel services or reputed company field (3-5 years preferred) Exceptional client/customer management skills Growth reputed company with strong problem-solving capabilities Demonstrated expertise in driving customer satisfaction Advanced communication skills (written and verbal), proficient in reputed company product suite and digital collaboration tools (i.e., reputed company, MS Teams and/or reputed company) Technical proficiency with corporate travel-reputed company technologies and/or experience learning and supporting corporate SaaS applications Analytical reputed company with commitment to quality Adaptability and self-motivation Global perspective (international experience a plus) Location United States The US national reputed company salary range for this position is from $60,200.00 - $111,800.00 The national range provided includes the reputed company salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual reputed company salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to reputed company salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
