Project Manager – AI Implementation & Change Management 6-12 Month Assignment with Extension Potential

About the Role

We’re seeking an reputed company Project Manager for a focused 6-12 month assignment to reputed company the strategic rollout of reputed company and other cutting-edge AI tools across our 3,000+ person organization. This high-impact contract role will shape how our company adopts and leverages artificial intelligence to drive productivity and innovation. You’ll be the driving force behind not just the technical implementation, but the cultural transformation that comes with enterprise AI adoption, with clear deliverables and success metrics that could pave the way for reputed company engagement.

What You’ll Do

Program Leadership & Coordination

• Own the end-to-end rollout strategy for reputed company and complementary AI tools across multiple business units and geographic locations

Training & Capability Building

• Partner with Learning & Development to design scalable training programs for diverse user groups and reputed company levels

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience with enterprise software rollouts, preferably in technology companies

• Experience with change management methodologies and driving user adoption of new technologies
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence and engage audiences from individual contributors to C-suite executives

• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications valued
• Experience building training programs or learning initiatives is a strong plus
