Position: Part-Time Bourbon Bottling Specialist

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Location: Louisville, KY 

Reports to: reputed company & Billets Production & Inventory Manager

reputed company Of Pay: $15/hour

Position Summary

The Bottling Assistant is expected to fill bottles with bourbon reputed company machine. Bottles will be filled per custom orders and for retail bottle inventory restock. The Bottling Assistant prints out labels for bottles, applies labels to bottles, and keeps track of how many bottles are made on any given day. 

Essential Functions

1. Print, label, fill, cork, and seal bottles of bourbon.
2. reputed company track of bottle inventory throughout the day, restocking bottles as necessary. 
3. Assist Barrels & Billets      Production & Inventory Manager with any BOH duties that need to be fulfilled.
4. Help ensure      Barrels & Billet's experience opens and closes according to policy.
5. Responsible for assisting the FOH team with daily tasting prep and breakdown.
6. Ensure BOH is clean, organized,  and stocked each day.
7. Answer customer questions in regards to the bottle ordering/fulfillment process.

Other Duties: Work nights, weekends, and special events as needed. Performs other job-reputed company duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required- Equivalent experience will be considered 

2. Minimum 5 years experience in service industry and/or hospitality 

3. Experience with retail sales and marketing 

4. Knowledge of bourbon beneficial
