Job Summary
As a Chat Moderator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reputed company and safety of our online community. You will be responsible for moderating our official reputed company server, ensuring that users adhere to our community guidelines and rules. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, including: + Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines and rules + Banning users with multiple and repeat violations of our rules + Muting users who have violated our rules + Investigating reports made by users about violations of our rules
- Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company and implement community guidelines and rules
- Providing excellent customer service and support to users
- Staying up-to-date with our community guidelines and rules, and making recommendations for improvements
- Participating in regular team meetings to discuss community issues and best practices
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
