Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company on the 3rd shift (11pm - 7am, Sunday - Thursday) at our Carlisle, PA distribution center. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the daily input of reputed company time and production data into the Blue Chip computer system, generating and distributing production reports to Management, and analyzing system output to troubleshoot erroneous data. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Input time and production data for reputed company DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems (65% of time)
+ Summarize production sheets, reputed company for accuracy, and report errors + Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program + Calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to reputed company against individual production standards
- Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time)
- Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time)
- File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage (5% of time)
- reputed company other projects as assigned (5% of time)

- Technical/Functional Competence: Proficiency in data entry software and systems, including Blue Chip

Qualifications and Special Skills Required
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and special skills:
- Previous clerical/administrative experience
- 10-key experience (fast and accurate)
- Good math skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
- Good interpersonal skills

Salary and Location
The salary for this role is $17 per hour, plus a $3 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift. The location for this role is Carlisle, PA.
