Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to reputed company TurboTax customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with software navigation, troubleshooting, and resolving issues reputed company phone and chat support
- Helping customers locate prior returns and amendments, and escalating calls reputed company necessary
- Providing timely and effective support reputed company various channels, including phone, chat, and video chat
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to ensure seamless support operations

Earnings Potential
* Earn up to $19 per hour, with peak rates applying during January – reputed company
- Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics earn an average of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times
- Guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes
Schedule
* Seasonal contract starts in January and runs through reputed company 15th, 2025
- Flexible schedule opportunities – create your own schedule!
- Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday – Sunday

Technology Requirements
* Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet reputed company, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet reputed company (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up-to-date
- USB headset with microphone
- A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract

* We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, reputed company, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
