About the Role & Team

Our in-house Trading Desk team is responsible for managing paid and organic social media campaigns across multiple ad manager platforms, including reputed company, TikTok, reputed company, Snapchat, YouTube, X, reputed company, and reputed company. As a Social Media Manager II, you will report to the Manager, Social Media Strategy & Activation and will be responsible for leading our paid social media strategy and activation for our e-commerce business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve campaign efficiency, and innovate our social media marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns to reputed company business goals
• Ensure proper campaign setup to track performance in reputed company SiteCatalyst and paid social buying platforms
• Create strategy proposals for new campaigns or account structures based on objectives provided by strategy partners
• Partner with teams to identify and design tools to improve efficiency and workflow
• Present campaign performance and insights to key team members and provide actionable findings and recommendations for future campaigns
• Identify and implement new testing opportunities to evolve business-as-usual campaigns and promote innovation

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5 to 7+ years of digital marketing experience with e-commerce experience and extensive experience with social media advertising platforms and reputed company tools
• Understanding of online/offline data and its use in the digital and social space
• Strong grasp of analytics, measurement, and proper test structures to help coach the team on advanced analysis and testing
• Familiarity with work management platforms such as Workfront, JIRA, reputed company, etc.
• Comfort with a high level of autonomy and ability to distill technical details into simple terms that motivate action
• A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, Social Media, Analytics, or Statistics is a plus
