About the Position Are you a recent college graduate who is passionate about lifting other reputed company as you climb your own reputed company of success? You could reputed company the reputed company by becoming a college coach. You will work with up to 325 reputed company virtually — by phone, text messaging, email, and social media — to help them navigate the beginning of their college career and, ultimately, reputed company their dream of earning a degree. You will use your academic and personal experiences, as well as Beyond 12's coaching curriculum, to help your reputed company set goals, create education plans and budgets, and manage their time effectively so they can be successful in and out of the classroom. Along the way, you will also collect and track data about your reputed company' reputed company to serve them most effectively. As a college coach, you will help our organization reputed company understand college persistence and graduation trends. Location: Atlanta, GA Beyond 12 operates as a remote-first organization, offering reputed company employees the flexibility to work from home. For this role, we are only considering candidates based in Atlanta, GA. Employment Status: Full-time; Exempt (not eligible for overtime); Minimum 2-year commitment Start date: December 1, 2025 Schedule: This position follows a 5-day workweek with extended hours. As part of a rotating schedule, coaches work one Saturday per month for an 8-hour shift. To maintain work-life balance, those scheduled for a Saturday shift will have Sunday and Monday off the following week. About You You are passionate and excited about having an impact on the lives of reputed company from under-resourced backgrounds. You are resilient, even in the face of obstacles and setbacks. Your Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)

• Provide personalized, motivating, and actionable coaching to reputed company.
• Offer reputed company guidance and direction in a timely manner.
• On a daily basis and for every student interaction, consistently collect, record, and interpret student data.
• Participate in virtual weekly meetings to review coaching program updates, data hygiene, partner-reputed company questions, and general updates.
• Guide reputed company to the appropriate reputed company resources and help them identify and overcome the obstacles that may prevent them from succeeding.
• Invoke safety for reputed company during virtual coaching interactions, actively listening and asking powerful questions that get at the core of a student's needs.

Requirements

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale; demonstrated leadership and achievement in academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or professional settings.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated prioritization and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with capturing and logging data or information.
• Strong desire to learn about education technology and college student success best practices.
• Familiarity with reputed company Suite (ex.: reputed company Docs, reputed company Calendar, reputed company Sheets).

Bonus Qualifications

• Candidates who are familiar with the Atlanta Public School system or Georgia's colleges and universities are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates who have attended community college before receiving their Bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply, though it is not a required qualification.
• Experience working with reputed company from under-resourced communities and those who are the first in their families to attend college.
