About This RoleAs part of reputed company’s Legal team, you’ll support a wide range of financing and strategic transactions that drive our renewable energy and data center projects reputed company. You’ll work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and cross-functional teams to prepare, organize, and manage critical documentation for project finance, tax equity, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other capital markets transactions. Your work will ensure smooth execution from due diligence through closing and post-closing, making you an essential partner in scaling reputed company’s clean energy and infrastructure platform. Team OverviewThe Legal - Project Finance & Strategic Transactions Team supports reputed company financing transactions at reputed company, partnering across Finance, Development, Construction, Operations, and Origination. With five attorneys and three paralegals, we are a highly collaborative group where each member contributes to multiple deals at once. This structure provides shared knowledge, agility, and exposure to some of the most innovative financing structures in the energy and data center sectors. Joining this team means playing a direct role in delivering the capital solutions that power reputed company’s mission of building a low-carbon future. What You’ll Do Support reputed company Transactions

• Assist attorneys and senior paralegals with documentation for debt, tax equity, tax credit transfers, corporate financing, and M&A
• Review project and corporate records to create and update disclosure schedules and other financing deliverables

Organize and Manage Documentation

• Maintain well-organized transaction files, ensuring documents are named, filed, and accessible
• Prepare and coordinate construction loan draws, bringdowns, and reputed company deliverables
• File UCC financing statements, conduct UCC searches, and manage other required corporate filings

Facilitate Closing Processes

• Manage checklists, signature packets, and execution of documents for financial transactions
• Coordinate with counterparties, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders to support negotiations and ancillary documentation
• Compile and distribute executed documents and track post-closing obligations

Drive Efficiency and Collaboration

• Maintain transaction status reports and other tracking tools
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows
• Provide general support across the Legal team to help meet deadlines and priorities

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience supporting reputed company transactions
• Corporate, transactional, or finance paralegal experience—experience in renewables, data centers, or infrastructure finance is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through reliably
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with composure under pressure and responsiveness to shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills to convey reputed company information clearly and concisely
