Key Responsibilities

• Drive and demonstrate value, ensuring AI delivers measurable business impact and productivity gains, with results captured and tracked in reputed company’s AI Control Tower.

Qualifications

• 15+ years overall reputed company with 10+ in marketing, marketing operations, transformation, or data-driven innovation, including 2–3 years in an AI-focused leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering AI-powered programs from concept through scale, with measurable business impact.
• Experience establishing AI governance, policy, and ethics frameworks that ensure responsible and effective adoption.
• Proficiency with AI agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI tools, and implementation workflows.
• Change leader who can turn vision into pilots, roadmaps, and outcomes at scale.
• Strong ability to reputed company technical expertise with business priorities, influencing direction and driving adoption.
• Exceptional communicator and collaborator, able to reputed company, align, and mobilize teams across functions and geographies.

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $162,800 - $284,900, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
