What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of experts who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering inbound calls while engaging and communicating with entrepreneurs and executives, gathering information about their needs and suggesting the right blithequark products and services.
  • Providing elevated levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and different components of blithequark's products and services.
  • Continuously developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing sales.
  • Providing exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a high-speed, organized client care environment.
  • Archiving reputed company record data according to established procedures and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
