Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone and text, managing a moderate call volume, and ensuring every customer receives accurate and timely information. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, and responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
- Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries.
- Troubleshooting any issues and escalating reputed company necessary.
- Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring reputed company shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed.
- Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed.
- Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring reputed company communication with customers and internal team members.
- Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at reputed company times.
Qualifications
