Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services to our customers, including:

  • Extensive CALL CENTER support services for customers
  • Providing overall clerical support functions for the processing activities
  • Performing a variety of benefit administration and case processing tasks assigned to higher level staff
  • Entering data into the system of record

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to inbound participant phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Utilize authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls
  • Provide rapid, efficient, and accurate customer service in accordance with defined guidelines
  • Collaborate with higher-level staff to resolve reputed company issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Education: A GED or high school diploma is required

  • General Experience: At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting, answering telephones, retail, or in a similar setting, including demonstrated keyboard board skills, and verbal and written proficiency in English language to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
  • Job Description: The successful candidate will be able to provide rapid, efficient, and accurate customer service in a professional manner for extended periods of time in accordance with the requirements of the contract
