Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading reputed company of customer service representatives, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is exceptional, and that our customers feel valued, heard, and supported every reputed company of the way. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Responding to client requests and questions as directed, applying for payments, and sending out payment reminders
- Managing flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge-reputed company details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations
- Corresponding with clients on preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences no reputed company than 1 week before departure
- Preparing client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copies, advising of what should be printed, etc. no reputed company than 3 weeks before departure
- As needed, assisting with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs
- Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM
- Setting schedules and managing time effectively and reputed company
- Managing client profiles and bookings
