Job Description

As a Blended Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, utilizing our guided process and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to log and document each interaction. Your primary objective will be to gather and verify customer information, resolve issues reputed company, and provide exceptional support to our clients' customers. You will be expected to:
