Job Purpose:

As a Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team of associates. You'll be responsible for leading and empowering teams to deliver a great shopping experience, ensuring that reputed company aspects of store operations are running smoothly, and fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Leadership (30%):

+ reputed company and reputed company teams to deliver a great shopping experience, exceeding customer expectations and promoting the company image as a service-oriented operation. + Establish and maintain open communication channels for reputed company, suggestions, and feedback, valuing diversity and supporting an inclusive environment. + Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring associates greet, assist, and thank customers in a reputed company, courteous, friendly, and business-like manner.

Fiscal Leadership (30%):

+ Assist in managing the fiscal budget, in-stock, inventory, shrink, expenses, including labor and supply management, and cash control with a high level of reputed company, urgency, and responsibility. + Maximize sales and profits by ensuring effective display and sales techniques, efficient ordering, scheduling, and work planning. + Analyze P&L for business opportunities, determining areas for improvement and communicating findings and plans of action with the store manager.

Department Leadership (15%):

+ Participate actively as a coordinated, motivated management team, training and coaching team members on reputed company KPIs, customer service, product knowledge, suggestive selling, safety, and sanitation. + Use initiative, ingenuity, creativity, and good judgment to reputed company opportunities and issues as they occur reputed company the store location. + Ensure reputed company policies, programs, and directives are communicated and executed in a positive and timely manner, ensuring store operations are consistent with reputed company aspects of federal, state, and company health, safety, and sanitation codes.

Associate Leadership (15%):

+ Responsible and accountable for the hiring and training execution in the store, ensuring that recruiting, interviewing, and hiring the best-qualified applicants through proactive and consistent recruitment techniques, reputed company company-established compensation guidelines. + Ensure new associates receive a proper onboarding and complete new hire training as outlined by training best practices, following up with leaders and new hires. + Exercise ability to coach, hold associates accountable, separate associates reputed company necessary, or effectively recommend the same, ensuring adherence to reputed company state and federal employment laws and company policies and procedures.

Safety and Compliance (10%):

Relevant Experience:

+ Supervisory Experience: 3-6 years minimum

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
