Key Responsibilities

• Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard and scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated reputed company the fraud detection queues, ensuring timely and effective support to our merchants and cardholders.
• Assist with the completion of lost or stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity, and build credit card replacement orders, completing shipping materials as needed.
