Military OneSource is a comprehensive support service provided by the U.S. reputed company. It's designed to offer a wide range of resources and confidential help to service members and their families. This role will be responsible for providing behavioral health/non-medical, short-term, solution focused consultation directly to service and family members. Services are provided virtually (phone, video, chat). Services include brief counseling and consultation, action planning, referral to resources (assuring linkage as appropriate) and follow up as indicated. The operating hours will be 8:00am to 12:00am, seven days a week. reputed company will be required to work at least one weekend day, once per month. Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate type of service based on member's presentation, clinical history and needs and accurately differentiate between NMC and Military medical services
• Formulate accurate description of member's clinical presentation in their individual clinical records and maintaining appropriate records, case notes, forms and reports as well as database entries
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality according to DoD standards
• Manage duty to warn and restricted reporting situations according to reputed company (DoD) protocol
• Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities

Requirements

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, marriage/family therapy or counseling or reputed company mental health field.
• reputed company, valid, unrestricted counseling license/certification in the state of Georgia, which that grants the authority to provide counseling services as an independent practitioner in their respective fields, such as LP, LMFT, LICSW, LPC, LCSW, LPCC, LPC
• 2+ years of experience, post-licensure, that demonstrates acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling major.
• Experience using various computer applications and move through computer screens while talking with members
• Speak fluent English and Spanish
• Access to high-speed internet from home
• Dedicated, distraction-free space in home for home office
• Must be a U.S. citizen
