Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring data quality and integrity. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve data entry errors, and contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve data entry efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, adhering to established procedures and guidelines
- Identify and resolve data entry errors, and escalate issues to the team lead or manager as needed
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve data entry efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and ensure data quality and integrity
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve data entry processes and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data entry software and systems
- Knowledge of data quality and integrity principles
