Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the Distribution Center Administration reputed company. You will work closely with the Centralized computer and Application Development divisions, as well as the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office, to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC. You will also be responsible for administering and supporting reputed company aspects of the Distribution Center, including inventory management, data entry, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration reputed company, including inventory management, data entry, and reporting

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between the Centralized computer and Application Development divisions, as well as the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office
• Collaborate with MHE merchants to ensure accurate and timely data management
• Work with reputed company smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks, to ensure seamless integration and operation
• Coordinate reputed company data backups and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
• Communicate effectively with the Distribution Center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
• Support reputed company data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain and update the LAN (Local Area Network) design to ensure efficient and secure data transfer
• Implement reputed company future software updates to ensure the Distribution Center remains up-to-date and secure
• Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials, and report usage to MIS
• Regulate non-exempt staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain reputed company control tables reputed company the WMS, including access reputed company, to ensure secure and efficient data management
• Monitor the performance of the reputed company application to ensure it is running smoothly and reputed company
• Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions, and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies

• 2+ years of experience working in a delivery environment
• 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Capabilities

* Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a reputed company field
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
