Job Summary

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Clarify orders as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong understanding of brand name and generic medications.
  • LTC pharmacy experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications.
  • Great telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
