What You'll Do
As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with collection of payments on their accounts
* Providing customers with knowledgeable answers that give them peace of mind that issues are resolved
* Keeping in touch with your managers for tips and feedback on how to improve your performance
* Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure you're always reputed company with a solid response
Who You Are
We're looking for individuals with:
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting (retail, sales, and wait staff backgrounds have been successful in this role)
* Access to a quiet reputed company to work from home and a reliable internet reputed company
* A GED or High School Diploma
* The ability to quickly tap out customer notes on a standard keyboard (no autocorrect fails here!)

We operate 7 days a week, with flexible scheduling options. Schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can reputed company plans reputed company of time. You'll work a standard schedule of 10am-6:30pm Central Time, with one weekend shift.
